集材-50A拖拉机绞盘机减速器的改进

摘　　要：集材-50A拖拉机绞盘机的普通蜗杆减速器,经调查研究发现,该减速器传动副的寿命低,实属强度设计及结构设计问题。为此改成弧面蜗杆传动。并做一些其它结构改进,从而提高蜗杆传动副的使用寿命,实现经济寿命期内不更换,方便维修及使用,有较好的经济效益。Through researches and investigations ,we found that the service life of the usual worms snubbers driving pair of drum winch in skidding tractor-50A is short. This is due to the design for its strength and structure. We changed the transmission into arc worms drive arid made some improvement on other related structures, which enhanced the service life of the driving pair of the worms and realized the goal that it needn't be replaced in the economic service period. In addition,this improved system is easy to repair and control,thus has a better economic benefit.
