长江三角洲地区经济改革与城市发展

摘　　要：随着我国的改革开放,经济繁荣,长江三角洲地区逐步成为国家建设的重点区域,特别是90年代以来。在过去的几年中,这个地区已进入了一个新的快速发展阶段,并将在全国范围内进一步发挥其举足轻重的作用。根据国家经济发展战略决策,长江三角洲地区的经济发展现状和发展趋势,到2000年,这个区域可望成为一个现代化地区。为了区域的现代化,城市规划应适应社会主义市场经济的发展。由于传统的主体规划以计划经济体制为基础,因此,我们在城市规划中要来个转变,重组方法和内容,再建新的法规。It was due to the national policy of opening to the outside world and the process of eco- nomic prosperity that the Changjiang River,s delta became a key area of national costruction in the 90s.Over the past few years,this region has entered a new economic development stage by leaps and bounds and has further played a weight-carrying role on a nationwide scale. According to the national strategic policies of economic development and as judged by Changjiang River's Delta present features and develpment trends,it is anticipated that by the year 2000,this area will be likely to turn into a modernized area. Ror the regional modernization,the urban planning should be suited to the socialist market economic system.Owing to the traditional master planning is based on the planned economy system.Therefore,we shall have to make a change in the urban planning,reconstruction of the methods and contents and establishing new rules and regulations.
