沪白1号近交系小鼠的免疫学和遗传学研究

摘　　要：1972年本室培育的沪白1号近交系小鼠,经皮肤移植、混合淋巴细胞反应、肿瘤移植、毛色基因和生化遗传标记等测定,表明遗传型是纯合的,而免疫学研究显示沪白1号近交系小鼠的细胞表面抗原是Thy1.1。Shanghai White No. 1 (SW-1) inbred mouse has been established in our department since 1972. Experimental results using skin graft, MLR, tumor transplantation, hair colour gene and biochemical marker detection, show that the genotype of the SW-1 is stable. Immunologioal studies demonstrated that the surface marker antieen of the T lymphocytes of SW-1 inbred mouse is Thy 1.1.
