摘　　要：经肉眼、光镜、电镜的形态学研究结果发现,甲基紫精诱导的氧自由基损伤金黄地鼠口腔粘膜模型的病理本质是一种急性非特异性坏死溃疡性炎症;整个过程可人为分为三期:变性坏死期(3日前),坏死修复并存期(4～6天),修复反应期(7天以后)。The results of morphological researches observed by naked eyes,light and electron micro-scopes showed that the pathological nature of the damage to the mucosa of hamster cheek pouchesof oxygen free radicals induced by paraquat system was an acute nonspecific necrotizing ulcerativeinflammation.All the processes can be divided into three stages:denaturation and necrosis(before3 days),necrosis and repairment(4—6 days),and repairment reactions(after 7 days).
