摘  要:钌红能够与细胞内、外的蛋白多糖结合在电镜下呈现为一种高电子密度的颗粒.本文采用钌红电镜组织化学技术研究4例基底细胞腺瘤。结果发现,在该瘤的小梁或小管结构的基底部及小梁结构中间分布有肿瘤性肌上皮细胞,该细胞通过胞吐作用分泌蛋白多糖进入细胞间质中。小导管的管腔衬里上皮细胞不具有分泌蛋白多糖的功能,管腔内分泌物不被钌红染色。本研究表明,该肿瘤中至少存在着两种不同的细胞类型,在组织发生上可能与腺样囊性癌和多形性腺瘤有着相同的细胞来源。Four basal cell adenomas were studied histechemically by electron microscopy after staining with ruthenium red.It was found that there were the neoplastic myoepithelial cells in the tumors,these cells surrounded the base of thestrand and tubular structure or dispersed among the strand cells.The ruthenium red granules were visible in the secre-tory vacuoles and the intercellular spaced of the neoplastic myoepithelial cells.It was showed that the neoplastic my-oepithdial cells had the ability to secrete proteoglycans,whereas the ductal epithelial cells had no the function of se-creting proteoglycans,the secretory material in the ductal cavity were not stained with ruthenium red.The result indi-cated that the tumor consisted at least of two different cell types,this tumor may have the same cell origin as adenoidcystic carcinoma and pleomorphic adenoma in the histogenesis.
