人工腭裂生物活性玻璃陶瓷植入的动物实验研究

摘  要:对30只小家犬手术造成人工腭裂,植入生物活性玻璃陶瓷(BGC)与不植 BGC 做对照,应用常规组织学方法、荧光显微镜及扫描电子显微镜技术对 BGC 在腭部环境中以嵌贴方式植入后的愈合过程,组织相容性等进行研究。结果表明:BGC 在狗的腭部有良好的组织相容性,能引导新骨生成,对周围正常组织无不良干扰,是作为骨的替代材料整块植入修复腭裂全部骨缺损的较理想的材料。Basing on the hypothesis of filling the total defect of cleft palate including alveolar and hard palate defect withporous type BGC in order to prevent the maxillary deformity and to improve articulation.The authors made surgicalcleft palate in puppies and implanted the preformed BGC into the defect.Fluorescence microscopy,scanning electronmicroscopy and general histological technique were used to observe the healing process and histocompatibility afterBGC were implanted into puppies' artificial cleft palate.The result showed that BGC had a good histocompatibility.BGC can induce the formation of new bone and has an osseointegresd interface with the bone.BGC is a good honesubstitute for the repair of total cleft palate.The long term follow up survey of the development of maxilla and the fi-nal result after BGC implanted into the cleft palate are necessary.
