鳜鱼消化道组织学的初步研究

摘　　要：对10尾鳜鱼消化道组织结构的研究结果表明:鳜鱼消化道保持了硬骨鱼类消化道组织结构的一般特征,但其独特之处是口咽腔宽大,在其主要骨骼上分布着许多锥形小齿。齿间上皮细胞层次明显增多。在上颌中央小齿周的上皮内有成堆分布的球状粘液细胞,隐窝内有分泌物。味蕾多分布于鳃弓及食道起始端的上皮内。胃为“Y”型。在食道一胃衔接处的粘膜为柱状上皮,固有膜中有腺体,纵行横纹肌纤维由食道内侧斜插到胃壁的外侧。胃腺主要分布在喷门及胃体部。幽门垂发达。肠短,管壁厚,都具有柱状上皮,不具备腺体结构;肝脏致密。The histological structure on the digestive tract of ten Siniperca chuatsi was investigated. The result shows that the histologic structure of the digestive tract of the Siniperca chuasti has distinctive features as well as general features of the microscopic structure of the teleostean digestive tracts. Siniperca chuasti has a wide mouth and pharynx on which the small conic teeth grow. The cellular layers increase evidently in the mucous epithelium between the teeth. The spherical mucous cells are located in heaps in the epithelium which lies at the maxillolabial centre and around the small teeth. There are secretions in the crypts around the small teeth. The epithelium which lies in the branchial arches and beginning of the oesophagus has more taste buds than other parts. Siniperca chuatsi has a Y—shaped stomach. At the gastro—oesophageal junction, the mucous epithelium changes from stratified squmous epithelium into simple columnar epithelium. There is the gland in the proper tunic. The vertical skeletal muscle goes obliquely to the gastric outside from the esophageal inside. The gastric glands arrange generally in cardia and body of the stomach. The gastric glands have only one kind of screting cell. Siniperca chuatsi has well—developed pyloric caecures. Its intestine is short and the wall of the intestine is thick. Pyloric caecums and intestine have a columnar epithelium. but have not the structure of glands in the mucous layer. Its liver is compact and there is not the pancreatic structure in the hapatic parenchyma.
