摘　　要：本文对57例恶性间皮瘤进行病理形态学观察。结果发现大体形态有5种类型,即弥漫型、弥漫结节型、局限型、结节型及囊状型,而病理组织形态学类型有腺管样型、腺管乳头状型、未分化型、纤维母细胞型、印戒样细胞型、粘液样型、肌纤维母细胞型、淋巴组织细胞样型、血管母细胞型、小细胞型及混合细胞型,并对其形态学特点及该瘤的诊断要点进行了简要讨论。Pathological morphological changes of 57 cases of malignant mesothelioma were ob-served.Five gross morphological patterns of these tumors were encountered,including diffuse,diffuselynodular,localized,nodular and cystic patterns.Histopathological morphologically,the malignantmesothelioma exhibited varied types,including tubularoid,tubulopapillary,undifferentiated,fibroblasticcell,signet ringoid cell,myoxoid,myofibroblastie cell,lymphohistiocytoid,angioblastic cell,small celland mixed cell types.The histological features and the diagnosis critera of malignat mesothelioma werebriefly discussed.
