9例骨原发性淋巴瘤的组织学和免疫学分型

摘　　要：本文报道近年来我室有蜡块保存的9例骨原发性淋巴瘤,按国际工作分类进行分型,均为弥漫型非何杰金淋巴瘤。包括大细胞性4例,混合细胞性2例,小细胞性2例,免疫母细胞性1例。患者平均年龄为33.9岁。用单克隆抗体LCA、L_(26)、UCHL_1和Mac_(387)作免疫组织化学染色,证实5例为B细胞性淋巴瘤,4例为T细胞性淋巴瘤,无组织细胞性淋巴瘤。本文结果支持以前认为骨网织细胞肉瘤或骨组织细胞性淋巴瘤均为淋巴细胞起源的观点。作者体会对骨的淋巴瘤免疫学分型的诊断,应根据多种抗体染色结果结合HE染色形态加以综合考虑。We present 9 cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL)collected over a span of 6 years(1986～1992).Histological typing was made according to International Working Formulation.All 9cases were diffuse type of NHL,including 4 cases of large-cell type,2 cascs of mixed-cell type,2 casesof small cell type and 1 case of immunoblastic-cell type.The patients showed a mean age of 33.9years old Immunological typing by immunohistochemical stain with monoclonal antiboclics LCA、L_(26)、 ??UCHL_1 and Mac_(387)demonstrated 5 cases of B cell and 4 cases of T cell,none of histiocytic lym-phoma.Our data supported the view that reticular sarcomas or histiocytic lymphomas of bone consid-ered formerly were lymphocytic origin.In our experiences,the diagnosis of immunophenotype of lym-phoma should be carefully considered by combining of histological features and results of immunohisto-chemical staining with several antibodied instead of only one.
