摘  要:用低氧中毒实验观察5%O_2和10%O_2通气6h后小鼠脑的形态学和酶组织化学改变及恢复情况。结果发现,即时组小鼠大、小脑Nissl染色部分神经元胞浆浅染。乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)及细胞色素氧化酶(CCO)染色即时组较正常对照组为浅,提示酶活性下降,与显微分光光度计检测结果一致。电镜下可见大、小脑神经元有核染色质边聚及溶解,粗面内质网扩张并有脱颗粒现象,粗面内质网和游离核糖体减少,线粒体和高尔基复合体肿胀。部分颗粒细胞出现核膜扩张。胶质细胞也出现相似改变,微血管周围的星状胶质突起明显水肿。未见突触及髓鞘改变。上述形态学及酶组织化学改变于1~2周均恢复正常。In this experiment, we observed the morphological and histochemioal' changes in mice brain after 6 hours of hypoxic stress. In 6% O3 and 10% Oa hypoxic groups, we found some neurons in the cerebrum and cerebellum stained witn Nissl method showed a faint staining and microvacuolation in their cytoplasm. Compered with controls, sections of 5% O2 and 10% O2 hypoxic mice stained with LDH, SDH and CCO methods showed weaker staining. These results which were also confirmed by the measurement by the MPV Ⅲ microspectropho-tometer, suggested a decrease of respiratory enzymes activities. The chief findings on ultrastructural alterations in neurons of the brain were margination and dissolution of nuclear chromatin,dilatation of HER accompanied by degranulation, swelling of mitochondria and distention of the Golgi apparatus complex. The processes of astrocytes around the capillaries were significantly swollen. All changes in light microscopic, ultrastructural and histochemical observations-recovered after 1-2 weeks, these results indicate that the lesions caused by hypoxic stress for 6 hours were reversible.
