用B型超声仪检查胃癌浸润程度及其评估

摘　　要：对35例临床诊断胃病变准备手术的患者作了经腹胃超声检查,并均经手术和病理证实。其中胃癌30例,胃平滑肌瘤2例,胃溃疡病3例。超声检查对病变的检出率为88.6％,对胃癌浸润深度预测的符合率为82.8％,淋巴结肿大预测的符合率为55.6％。超声检查能良好地显示胃壁各层结构及其厚度,对胃癌术前浸润深度、范围的判断和处置可有较大的帮助。We report here 35 patients with gastric lesions who had preoperative transabdominal ultraeonography of the stomach. The diagnoses of all cages had been proven by operation and pathology to be gastric cancer 30 cases, leiomyoma 2 cases and gastric ulcer 3 cases. 88.6% (31/35) of the lesions were identified in the US examination. Accurate diagnosis of the depth of gastric cancerous invasion and the lymph nodes inetastases were 82.8% (24/29) and55.6% (10/18) respectively. Ultrasonographic examination allowed visualization of the anatomic layers and the thickness of the gastric wall. It is helpful to have infitrative extent evaluation of gastric neoplasm, to guide surgical intervention.
