T-S-Z系统MuLV与Mo-MuLV蛋白的比较研究

摘　　要：采用蔗糖等密度梯度离心法,从T-S-Z系统的SRSV/3T3,L783V/3T3,L615K和A9细胞系的培养上清液及L6565小鼠淋巴细胞白血病组织的无细胞提取液中分离小鼠白血病病毒(MuLV)。应用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)方法,将SRS-MuLV,L783-MuLV,L615K-MuLV,L6565-MuLV和Mo-MuLV进行蛋白组成比较研究。结果表明,SRS-MuLV,L783-MuLV,L615K-MuLV,L6565-MuLV和Mo-MuLV的p30电泳迁移率不尽相同。T-S-Z系统的MuLV均有明显的gp45存在,与Mo-MuLV间存在差异。上述结果说明我国的T-S-Z系统中的MuLV是具有自身特点的,但彼此之间又存在细小差异,与国外的Mo-MuLV相比是亲缘关系不同的小鼠白血病病毒株。Murine Luekemia Viruses(MuLV) were isolated from the supernatants of SRSV/ST3, L783V/8T8, L615K, the T-S-Z system L6565 and Molony-MuLV(A9) cell cultures by using sucrose density gradient centrifugation. The protein components of the viruses were compared with each other by SDS-PAGE analysis. Eesults indicated that has electrophoretic mobility of p80, p!5, gp70 of the viruses mentioned above were different. MuLV isolated from the T-S-Z system proved to have obvious gp46, which, is absent in the Molony-MulV. This difference indicates that an unique characteristic of MuLVs of the T-S-Z system. The results also suggest a comparatively distant relationship between MuLV of the T-S-Z, eystein and Molony-MuLV.
