摘　　要：本文报道了用APAAP法检测正常人和肿瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞(PBL)中IL-2分泌细胞的频数和形态、泌尿系肿瘤患者术前术后IL-2分泌细胞频数的变化,对鼻咽癌患者IL-2分泌细胞频数和血清中EB病毒抗体滴度做了对比性的观察。初步发现:与正常人相比,肿瘤患者PBL中IL-2分泌细胞频数明显低于正常人(P<0.01),14例泌尿系肿瘤患者肿瘤切除后一段时间后,其IL-2分泌细胞频数都较术前有不同程度升高,鼻咽癌患者血清中EB病毒抗体滴度明显升高,而IL-2分泌细胞频数却明显低于正常人。由此推测:PBL中IL-2分泌细胞的测定有可能成为动态地观察肿瘤患者免疫功能的指标之一,可以对肿瘤的发生、发展、治疗效果和愈后的判断提供一定的参考。This paper concerns(1)the identification and quantitative analysis of IL-2 producing cells of peripheral blood lympnocytes(PBL)both in normal individuals and solid-tumor-bearing patients, (2)a preliminary study of IL-2 producing cell population changes before and after operation in urinary cancer patients, (3)the comparision between IL- 2 producing cell population and concentration of serum IgA-VCA,IgA-EA in nasopharyngeal cancer patients. The result showed that the percentage of IL-2 producing cell in cancer patients were lower than that in normal ones (P<0.01). Of 14 patients with urinary malignant tumor, the percentage of IL-2 producing cell increased after resection of tumor. Of 6 nasophatyngeal cancer patients, the. concentration of seroantibodies against viral capsid antigen and early antigen in- creased whereas IL-2 producing cells were less than those of normal people. It is suggested that quantitative assay of IL- 2 producing cells of PBL can be used as an index in monitoring cancer patient's immune function and provide informs- tion as related to prognosis.
