摘　　要：经手术证实的坏死性胰腺炎84例,其中并发胰性脑病19例。胰性脑病为急性重型胰腺炎的早期并发症之一,作为Bank诊断标准的一个指标,对重症胰腺炎的早期判断及治疗有着较大的临床意义,本文就其临床表现及发病机理进行了讨论。84 patients with acute necrotic pancreatitis, their diagnoses was proved byoperation, there are 19 cases accompanied with pancreatic encrephalopathy (PE) inthis group. PE is a complication of acute hemorrhagic and necrotic pancreatitis in theearly stages. As a index of Bank's criterias, PE has important value to earlydiagnosis and treatment in acute severe pancreatitis. The mainly clinicalmanifestations and pathogenesis were discussed in this paper.
