皮质旁骨肉瘤冷冻切除与随访报告

摘　　要：6例皮质旁骨肉瘤经用冷冻扩大手术治疗,收到良好效果。其中女性5例,年龄为13～32(?):股骨下端5例,胫骨上端1例。冷冻扩大手术4例,髋关节解脱和股骨下端假体置换备1例。随访1年2月～10年,冷冻切除手术4例健康状况良好,余2例分别于术后14和16月因肺部转移死亡。文内对病理和预后关系,以及冷冻切除手术优点进行了讨论。Six cases of juxtacortical osteosarcoma were treated with cryosurgery in 1978-1988. The ages of the patients were between 13 and 32, average 22.7. Five cases were female and one was male. The tumor was at the lower end of femur in 5 cases and at the upper end of tibia in one. Extended cryosurgical resection was performed in 4 cases and disarticulation of the hip joint and artificial prothesis for the lower end of the femur in one each. Postoperative follow-up revealed two patients died of pulmonary metastasis 14 and 16 months after surgery respectively. The 4 patients treated with cryosurgery had lived from 5 years 10 months to 10 years.
