摘 要:应用银染技术对105例食管拉网涂片细胞进行了AgNORs计量研究。检测结果:正常底层细胞AgNORs均数(3.08)多于正常中层细胞(2.37)。随增生和病变级别增高,AgNORs均数逐级增高:轻度增生、重度增生Ⅰ级、重度增生Ⅱ级、近癌和鳞癌细胞分别为3.61、4.69、5.64、6.64和8.06(P<0.01)。证明AgNORs是一种反映细胞增殖水平的较敏感的指标;食管上皮细胞学增生分级方法是合理可靠的,它反映了不同级别细胞增殖水平的改变。The argyrophilic proteins, associated with nucleouls olganizer regions(Ag-NORs)of esophageal cy tosmears from l05 cases were analyzed by argyophilic method Theresults sho wed that the mean number of AgNORs per nucleus in normal epithelia cells ofbasal layer(3.08)was more than that in the normal intermediate cells(2.37).These para-meters also graduallv increased in hyperplasia(3.61),sever dysplasia grade Ⅰ(4.69),severdysplasia grade Ⅱ(5.64) near-carcinoma( 6.64)and squamuos carcinoma cells(8.06).theAgNORs increase parallel to The severity of the disease(P<0.01).It is suggested that Ag-NORs is a comparatively sensitive index to reflect the ploliferative iever of cells. These resu-Its indicate that the classification method of esophageal cytolgy is reliable and reflect thelever of proliferation of different grade cells as well.
