流式细胞术及染色体畸变分析在X射线职业照射者血细胞研究中的初步应用

摘　　要：本文用流式细胞术对５６例ｘ射线工作者的外周血细胞做了ＤＮＡ含量分析，并和染色体畸变结果进行了对比研究。结果表明，在５６例ｘ射线工作者小有５例出现ＤＮＡ倍体异常细胞。流式细胞术分析的高二倍体验出者，在其染色体数目分析中，２ｎ百分比与其呈一致性变化。Ｘ射线工作者的）２ｎ％（超二倍体细胞百分比）和ＳＰＦ（Ｓ期细胞百分比）均明显高于对照组（ｐㄑＯ．００５）．ｘ射线工作者染色体断裂率与）２ｃ％呈明显的正相关（ｒ＝０．８０）．DNA contents of peripheral blood cells in 56 cases X一ray workers were mea-sured by flowr xytometry(FCM ), and it were compared with it′s chromosome aberra-tion. The results showed that abnormal ploid cells were found in 5 persons of these cased.>2c%(high diploid cells percen一tage)and SPF( S一phase fraction ) in X一ray work-ers were higher than that of normal persons. There were significant positive correlation(r=0. 80)between chromosomal break frequencies and > 2c%in X一ray workers.
