电化学治疗体表恶性肿瘤的临床疗效

摘　　要：本文报道电化学治疗体表恶性肿瘤１１例，治疗结果：疗效达Ｉ级４例３６．４％（４／１１），Ⅱ级３例２７．３％（３／１１），有效率为６３．６％（７／１１）。电化治疗是通过直流电场作用，引起癌灶内一系列的生物化学变化，使其组织代谢发生紊乱，蛋白质变性、沉淀坏死，导致癌细胞破灭。本疗法法操作简便、安全、有效，是治疗体表恶性肿瘤的一种有效手段。Du ring the period from September 1990 to December 1991,patients withsuperficial maiignant tumors were received ECT in our hospltal.The grade I of the ECT re-sponse was 36.4%(4/11).The grade II,27.3%(3/11)and the total of grade I+II,63.6%(7/11).The pnnciple of ECT is that the tumor tissue is killed directly by current,The aiter-ation in tumor Tissue mav be degeneraton, necrosis and sedime ntation The ECT treat mentof surperficial malignant tumor is a useful therapeutic method because its operation is handyand secure.
