摘　　要：应用细胞增殖动力学和流式细胞光度术检测６０Ｃｏγ射线照射对鼻咽癌上皮样细胞株（ＣＮＥ）的增殖状况和细胞周期进程的影响。结果显示不同剂量（２、４或６Ｇｙ）γ射线单次照射导致细胞生长抑制，且细胞总数随着照射剂量的增高而减少；６Ｇｙ单次照射后致使ＣＮＥ细胞株各时相细胞的运动均受阻，以照射后４天内的变化较为突出（各时相时间及细胞周期时间均是对照组的３倍多），其中Ｇ２阻滞最为显著。The effect of γ-irradiation on the proliferation status and cell- cycleprogression were investigated by cyto kinetics and flow-cy -tometry。 The result showed thatasingle dose of 2, 4 or 6Gy γ- ray inhibited the cell ;growth,and the total number of cellsdecreased gradually with the increase of radiation dose the progression of cells i n variousphases of cell cycle was all slowed down by radiation of 6Gy,among all the changes G2-block was the most obvious,and the change bdore 4 days after irradiation was largerthan that later on(the duration of all phases of cell-cycle in radiation group was morethan three time of that in control group)。
