ELF方案治疗晚期胃癌21例近期疗效分析

摘　　要：用ＥＬＦ（ＣＦ／５─Ｆｕ及Ｖｐ─１６）方案治疗均经病理证实的晚期胃癌２ｌ例，其中术后辅助性化疗４例，可评价１７例，结果ＣＲ３例，ＰＲ６例，总有效率５２．９％。至现在存活最活最长３０个月，最短３个月，中位生存期９个月。化疗主要毒副作用为轻度骨髓抑制及胃肠道反应，对肝、肾、心功能无大影响。Twenty-one cases of advanced gastric Carcinoma was confirmed by pathologic investigaton and were treated with ELF(CF/5Fu and Vp-16). Among them 17 were evaluatd, other 4 were treated as adjuvant chemotherapy, Results showed that CR was 3 achieved in cases, PR in 6 cases, the resporise rate(CR + PR) was 52.9%. Up to now, the longest survival, was 30 months, the shortest 3 months, with a median of 9 months. The adverse reaction of myclosuppression and gastrointestine symptoms resulted from the chemotherapy was mild to moderate. Liver, heart and kidney were not signifi-cantly affected.
