摘　　要：在本注记中我们研究了两个统计问题。在第一个问题中，我们讨论了在信息矩阵非满秩时，Ｂｈａｔｔａｃｈａｒｙｙａ下界的非降性．在第二个问题中，我们给出了在离散的情形下，指数族势函数严凸的充分必要条件。In this paper we consider two statistical problems. In the first problem we prove that the nondecreasing of Bhattacharyya lower bounds remains true when the infotmation matrix is not fullranked. In the second we give the necessary and sufficient conditions for strict convexity of power function of exponential family in the discrete case.
