摘  要:研究了发芽出苗条件和离子注入量对去除种皮棉花种子成苗率的影响,结果表明:播种时覆土过厚是成苗率低的重要因子;离子注入处理100次脉冲,对成苗率不构成威胁,120次脉冲以上,成苗率下降,但是200次脉冲成苗率仍达对照的64.7%。Ml Survival seedling rate is an important question in mutagenic breeding of cotton throughlow-energy ion- implantatlon method. Results from the present study revealed that,the survivalseed ling rate of skin- reduced seeds was found dependent upon germinating-emergencing condi-tions,and dosage of ion- implantation as well.Overthick soil cover was the main reason of lowsurvival rate.One hundred pulse treatment caused no negative effect;treatments,over1 20 resultedin a decline of survival rate;however,200 pulse treatment did not cause any record of LD50.
