摘  要:本文报导在表面活性剂N一氯代16烷基吡啶存在下,利用硫酸高铁铵将氨基比林氧化为兰紫色的水相显色,以分光光度法来测定药物制剂中的氨基比林,该兰紫色的氧化产物最大吸收波长位于570nm处,色泽在30min内保持稳定不变.氨基比林含量在0~24μg/ml范围内遵守比耳定律,其mol吸光系数为1.74xl0~3L·mol^-1·cm^-1,桑德尔灵敏度为0.133μg/cm~2.本法曾用于解热镇痛药物中氨基比林含量的测定获得满意的结果.The color reaction of aminopyrin(AP)一ammonium ferric sulfate[NH4Fe(SO4)2]一cetylpyridinium chloride(CPC) has been studied spectrophotometrically and a newspectrophotometric method for detedrminating AP is developed. AP is oxidiged by NH4Fe(SO4)2atpH 1.5~2.5 in the presence of CPC to give a blue- violet oxidation product exhibiting maxi- mum absorption at 570 n m. The color is stable for half an hour. Beer' s law is obeyed for AP inthe concemtration range of 0~24ug/ml with the molar absorptivity of 1.74 x l03 L·m01-1· cm-1and Samdell’s sensitivity of 0.133μg cm2.The recommended method is simple, rapid, accurate andreproducible.It has been successfully applied to the determination of AP in some pharmaceuticalpreparations(ampo ules and tablets) with satisfactory analytical results.
