摘  要:本文研究了不同条件下芹菜及其下茬油菜对肥料氮和土壤氮的吸收利用及体内硝酸盐的积累。结果表明:芹菜的产量、总氮量、硝酸盐含量、植物吸收肥料氮的百分数、肥料氮对土壤氮的激发效应均随施氮量的增加而增加;氮肥的利用率,回收率随氮肥用量的增加而下降。施用硝酸铵比施用等氮量的硫铵、碳铵使芹菜产量、土壤有效氮的供给数量及对土壤氮的激发效应显著增加。增施有机肥、钾肥使氮肥利用率显著提高。Utilization of fertilizer-N and soil-N by celery and rape was studied with ^(15)N-traacer tech- nique.The results showed:The yield,tolal-N and NdfF of celery,nitrate content as well as amount of primmed-N increased with the increase of applied N-amount.Utilization efficiency and recovery efficiency of fertilizer-N decreased with the increase of applied-N amount.Celery's yield,soil A_N Value and amount of primmed-N were greater when NH_4 ^(15)NO_3 instead of the same amount-N of ^(15)NH_4HCO_3 or(^(15)NH_4)_2SO_4, was applied supplementation of organic fertilizer and K-fertilizer made the utilization efficiency of fertilizer- N higer than that without the supplementation.
