心钠素对离体大鼠心脏缺钙－复钙损伤的治疗作用

摘　　要：在离体缺钙－复钙灌流（钙反常）的大鼠心脏模型上观察心钠素对钙反常心肌损伤的治疗作用。结果表明，应用１０－８～１０－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ心钠素灌流呈浓度依赖地减轻钙反常心肌病理损伤，减少心肌蛋白、肌红蛋白和乳酸脱氢酶漏出，缓解心肌及冠脉的挛缩，抑制心肌细胞钙超载的发生，推测心钠素对钙反常心肌损伤的治疗作用和其抑制心肌细胞钙超载有关。提示，心钠素对有钙超载发生的心血管疾病可能具有治疗学意义。The therapeutic effect of atrial natriuretic peptide( ANP)was observed on the isolated rat heart- perfused with depletion and repletion of calcium(Ca paradox).It was found that perfusion with 10-8-10-8 mol/L ANP concentration- dependently ameliorated myocardial damage induced by Ca paradox; decreased leakage of myocardial protein myoglobin and lactic dehydrogenase; attenuated constractureof myocardium and coronary artery;and inhibited formation of myocardial Ca- overload.It wasproposed that the therapeutic action of ANP on Ca paradox-induced myocardial damage would be re- lated to its inhibitory action on Ca overload. The results suggest that ANP might have therapeutic ef-fect on cardiovascular disease with calclum overload.
