摘　　要：对７例呼吸系统小涎腺粘液表皮样癌的观察表明：（１）与大涎腺粘液表皮样癌相同，是由三种不同超微结构的细胞组成的。（２）肿瘤的生长类型、生长方式和细胞分化程度可做为判定其恶性程度的指标。本文７例粘液表皮样癌中６例为低度恶性，１例为高度恶性，（３）超微结构和免疫组织化学观察证明肌上皮在肿瘤的组织发生中起重要作用。cases of mucoepidermoid careinoma from minor salivary gland in respiratory system were stuied. The results indicate that:(1) They basically composed of the cells of three different type in ultrastructure like the same carcinoma from major salivary gland.(2)The malignant degree of the tumors can be determinated by the type and characteristics of growth and the differentiation degree of cells, The paper report six of seven cases are low in grade and One case high.(3) Ultrastructural and immnohistochemical features suggest that the myoepithelial cells play an important role in the histogenesis of this carcinoma.
