对滋养细胞肿瘤手术的评价

摘　　要：我院自１９８２年６月～１９９０年６月共收治滋养细胞肿瘤２３１例，其中手术加化疗６６例。本文主要分析滋养细胞肿瘤手术治疗在综合治疗中的价值，并讨论手术的适应证、合适时机、范围、术前后血ＨＣＧ下降的数值以及远期随诊。A retropective analysis of 66 cases with the trophoblastic cell tumor which received the surgery from June 1982 to June 1990 was made. We found that the surgery was important in the treatment of many cases with the trophoblastic cell tumor. The indication、the appropriate time and the scope of the surgery were discussed. The marked decline of the title of HCG after surgery and the good results of following-up demonstrated that the surgery had an important roll the treatment of the trophoblastic cell tumor.
