摘　　要：本文介绍了新研制的东风_４型内燃机车硅元件参数测试台的工作原理、性能和设计特点．该测试台也适用于其它机型（如电力机车）上大容量硅元件参数的测试．This paper presents a kind of silicon element parameter testboard of DP4 diesel locomotive. Its working principles, rmances formances and characteristics of design are discussed. The test board can also be used in testing parameters of high capacity silicon element of other types of locomotive, such as SS1 or SS3 electric locomotive
