摘  要:利用八种真菌及九种煤研究了氧化煤的微生物溶解作用。实验结果表明,不同菌种的溶解能力不同,需有适当的菌-煤匹配.考察了培养液组成、接种量、培养时间和作用温度,以及培养液-煤体系与空气接触面积等因素对溶煤作用的影响,得出了溶煤效果较好的适宜条件,对煤溶产物进行了工业分析、元素分析,以及红外、核磁、分子量和溶解特性等分析测定,结果表明:溶煤产物是一种极性强、有类腐植酸结构和酸性、高度水溶性的高分子有机化合物混合物.试探了溶煤产物用于影响植物生长和水煤浆降粘的可能性.fungi.and 9 coals are used in experiments. The biosolubilizatbn of oxidized coals is studied. The results show that the abilities of coal biosolubilization by fungi are different,micrcorganism and coal must be matched properly. The effect of the composition of broth,the amount of inoculum , time and temperature of incubation and the area of broth-coal svstem exposed to air on the coal biosolubilization are investigated.The optimum conditions of coal biosolubilization are suggested. The product of coal biosolubilization is analyzed by approximateanalysis , ultimate analysis , IR, ̄1H-NRM , molecular weight measurement and solubilitycharacter test. The results suggest that the product of coal biosolubilization is a large moleculeorganic compounds rnixtuarwith high to those of coal humic acid. Also,the possibility of application of the product of coal biosolubilization as plant growth promoter and an agent for decreasing viscosity of coal- water slurry are preliminarily tested。
