摘 要:在盆栽和田间条件下分别研究了ABT生根粉(ABT4号)处理对大豆根系和叶片中内源激素含量、籽粒化学品质和农艺性状的影响。试验结果表明,叶面喷施ABT生根粉使大豆根系四种内源激素(DHZRs,GA_(1.3.4.7),IAA,ABA)和叶片中DHZRs、GA_(1.3.4.7),IAA含量明显升高,叶片中ABA的含量下降。施用ABT后花荚期(R_1—R_5)和成熟期(R_7—R_8)延长,根冠比(R/S)上升,增产效果明显。ABT处理对大豆蛋白质、脂肪含量和脂肪酸组分也有一定影响。ABT Growth Promoter(ABT)is an extensively used plant growth regulator in China in recent years.In this paper,the ABT effects on the contents of endogenous hormones,seed chemical composition and agronomic characteristics of soybean were studied ander both pot and field conditions.The experimental resul is indicated that the contents of all tested hormones(DHZRs,GAs,IAA,ABA)in roots and that of DHZRs,GAs and IAA in leaves were increased and ABA content in leaves was decreased when ABT sprayed on leaves.The durations of R1-R5 and R7-R8 were extended, root/shoot ratio and yield were increased significantly by ABT application.ABT also affected the contents of protein,oil and fatty acids in soybeans.
