抑郁症患者T淋巴细胞亚群和T抑制细胞功能研究

摘　　要：应用改良的直接致敏红细胞花环法和3HTdR掺入法对30例确诊的抑郁症患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和T抑制细胞功能进行检测,其结果与年龄性别相匹配的44例对照组值进行比较。结果表明:①抑郁症患者T4细胞明显降低,T4/T_8比值降低,与对照组相比,P分别<0.01和<0.05;以病程区分时,这些异常见于≤2年组;以治疗与否区分时这些异常主要见于未正规治疗组;②T抑制细胞功能抑郁症组出对照组低,差异有显著性(P<0.05),主要见于≤2年组;③T_8细胞与T抑制细胞功能抑郁症患者无相关关系(P>0.05)。这些结果提示免疫异常在抑郁症的发病中起一定的作用。T lymphocyte subsets and T suppressor cell function in P-eripheral blood were determined in 30 cases of depression. The results showed that as compared with control group, the parcentage of T4 positiv e cells and T4/T8 ratio were decreased statistically siggnificantly in depressive group.These abnormalities were much clearer in short-duratio (less than 2 yrs) and nontreated subgroups. A decrease of Ts uppressive cell function was also found in shortduration subgroup. There is np signi- ficant correlation between T8 cell numeration and T suppressor cell func tion. These firdirpsi Iltiatcs that cellular inntre alroimalitics may play an important role in the pathogenesis of depression.
