摘 要:本文探讨小鼠宫颈癌单克隆抗体(AT14-1)对带瘤动物的疗效。动物经不同途径接种不同数量的可移植性宫颈癌(U14)细胞;然后给治疗组的动物从腹腔注入不同剂量的AU14-1。结果表明,AU14-1可延长带有腹水型或实体型肿瘤小鼠的存活期,且可治愈其中某些动物;但其功效受不列条件的制约:接种的肿瘤细胞数量,治疗的肿瘤类型,所用的单克隆抗体剂量,以及单克隆抗体与肿瘤细胞的结合程度。本研究提示,AU14-1在特定条件下有可能应用于人体宫颈癌的免疫治疗。in the present report,therapeutic efficacy of monoclonal alntibody (AU14-1)against mouse uterine cervical carcinoma(U14)on animals bearing tumors has been evaluated.Animals were respectively implanted with different number of transplantable U14 cells and in various ways,and then different doses of AU14-1 were injected into the peritoneal cavities of the animals in test groups.The resul is showed that AU14-1prolonged survival time of mice bearing the ascites or solid form of transplanted U14,and even resulted in the cure of some animals bearing tumors;but therapeutic effects of antibody were limitod by the following conditions:the number of tumor cells implanted,the type of tumors,the dose of AU14-1 used and the degree of binding AU14-1to tumor cell surface.This study suggests that AU14-1 may be used for immunotherapy of human uterine cervical carcinoma under special conditions.
