气管隆嵴、支气管及肺动脉成形肺切除术治疗肺癌

摘　　要：采用气管隆嵴、支气管及肺动脉成形肺切除术治疗肺癌１２例。手术包括右全肺加半隆嵴切除成形术１例：左上支气管袖状肺叶切除术２例；右上支气管袖状肺叶切除术６例：右肺动脉成形加右上肺叶切除术１例：右上肺叶支气管楔形切除术２例。全组无手术死亡。术后随访５～８８个月，重点讨论了手术适应证及围术期处理。Twelve cases of bronchogenic carcinoma were surgically treated. The operations comprised partial resection of carina in 1 case,left upper sleeve lobectomy in 2 cases, right upper sleeve lobectomy in 6 cases, partial resection of pulmonary artery and lobectomy in 1 case, and wedge resection of right upper bronchus in 2 cases. No operative death occurred. The patients were followed up for from 5 to 88 months. The operative indications and perioperative management were discussed.
