血脂异常与中风危险因素的研究

摘　　要：调查中国２５个研究监测点１４万余人群，筛选出１１７７７例中风易患个体，测定其血清胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－ｃ）低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＬＤＬ－ｃ）、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＶＬＤＬ－ｃ）以及载脂蛋白Ａｌ（ａｐｏＡｌ）、载脂蛋白Ｂ（ａｐｏＢ）等指标，结果显示在中风易患人群中，ＴＣ异常检出率男性为１２９７％，女性为２２．０７％，ＴＣ和ＴＧ都异常的检出率男性为１０．３８％，女性为１７．８２％，血脂异常组中（除高ＴＧ男性组外），ａｐｏＢ均显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１），而ａｐｏＡｌ仅在高ＴＣ男性组和高ＴＧ女性组中明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），余无显著差异：ＴＣ异常组和ＴＣ及ＴＧ都异常组的血压明显高于对照组，而单纯高ＴＧ组血压与对照组无明显差异。people were investigated in 25 supervening stations, and 11 777 were screened out as the persons susceptible to stroke. The serum coneentrations of TG, TC, HDL-c, VLDL-c, as well as apoAl and apoB were detected in these population. The results showed that the percentage of merely high serum TC, both high TC and TG concentrations in males were 12.97% and 10.38% respectively, while 22.07% and 17.82% respectively in females. The apoB levels of the persons with high serum lipid concentrations. except for merely high TG levels, were significantly higher than that of the control(P<0.001), but the apoAl coneentrations of the persons with high serum TC level were lower than that of control. The blood pressure (BP) in the high serum TC group, and both high TC and TG group was higher than that of the control, whereas the BP in merely high serum TG group had no difference with that in the control (P>0.05). These results suggest that the high serum TC concentration may be closely associated with hypertension.
