High expression of DNA polymerase alpha mRNA in human gastric cancer tissue

摘　　要：用斑点杂交法研究１２例胃癌切除标本中癌组织、癌旁胃粘膜和切除缘胃粘膜ＤＮＡ聚合酶αｍＲＮＡ的表达。结果显示胃癌组织ＤＮＡ聚合酶αｍＲＮＡ表达均高于同一切除标本的癌旁粘膜和切除缘粘膜，癌旁粘膜与切除缘间ＤＮＡ聚合酶αｍＲＮＡ的表达无显著差异，ＤＮＡ聚合酶αｍＲＮＡ在胃癌组织中的高表达可能是ＤＮＡ聚合酶α表达增加的原因之一。Expression of DNA polymerase alpha mRNA was studied in 12 resection specimens of human gastriccancer using dot blot hybridization technique. The result showed that the expression of DNA polymerasealpha mRNA was significantly higher in gastric cancer tissue than in mucosa of cancer margin and of resec-tion margin. The expression of DNA polymerase alpha mRNA in mucosa of cancer margin was similar tothat of resection margin. The results showed that the higher expression of DNA polymerase alpha mRNAmay be one of the causes for higher DNA polymerase alpha expression in human gastric cancer tissue.
