摘　　要：本文提出了一个可在ＩＢＭ－ＰＣ／３８６或工作站上利用软件手段实时实现的语音压缩算法，压缩编码过程可在话筒和虚拟硬盘之间，反压缩译码过程可在硬盘和喇叭之间半双工实时进行，它可望在语音邮箱，多媒体语音系统中获得广泛的应用。It is proposed a speech compressing algorithm that could be real-time implemented with onlysoftware in PC-386 or workstation,Its compressing proceeding may be implemented between microphoneand RAM disk,and its uncompressing proceeding may be implemented between harddisk and speaker.Wethink that this algorithm will be applied in speech mail box,speech product of multi-media syxtem etc.
