三缸单作用钻井泵运动学动力学电算分析

摘　　要：在计算三缸单作用钻井泵有关参数时,用直角坐标向量法建立基本杆和杆组的数学模型及相应的子程序,将通用子程序积木式按序搭配,可精确求出活塞和连杆的运动参数;列出机构动力平衡矩阵方程,调用解线性方程的通用程序,可求出运动副反力及曲轴上的平衡力矩。以曲轴为等效构件建立泵的等效动力学模型,用数值解法求解泵的运动方程,得出曲轴的运动规律,可判断泵运转的平稳性和进行精确的强度计算。The authors in this paper establish the mathematic model andcorresponding subprogramme by means of rectangular coordinatesvector method for calculating some parameters of triplex drillpumps. such as the accurate kinematic parameters of pistons andlinking-rod, the counter--forces of the kinematic pairs andequilibrium moment of the crankshaft. The computer-aidedanalysis giving kinematic law of the crankshaft can be used forjudging the motion smoothness and making the accurate strengthcalculation.
