棘尾虫接合期间染色体行为的观察

摘　　要：本文对棘尾虫接合生殖各时期的小核发育及染色体行为进行了观察，见到接合期间每种属于小核的分裂均有染色体的形成。获得了小核减数分裂的清晰图象。在蛋白银制品上发现了核内非染色体成分的细微结构、补充了前人观察的不足。Based on the former research and using the modified staining methods we observed the chromosomal behavior in every division of the micronucleus during conjugation in Stylonychia mytilus. The formation process of the chromosomes in each dividing micronucleus including the exchanging pronuclei has been observed in detail. Especially the chromosomal development in the prophase of the first round of meiosis and the non-chromosomal structure in dividing micronuclei were detected and photographed.
