摘　　要：与传统的单变量分析方法不同,本文引入数字化谱的概念,采用多变量分析技术,充分利用光谱数据中所包含的信息,探索一条新的解决ICP-AES中光谱干扰的途径。文中给出了有关的实验数据。Unlike traditional univariate analytical methods the concept of digitized spectra is reported and a new way for correcting spectral interferences in ICP-AES by means of multi-variate analysis, which can fully utilize the useful information of the spectral data is ex-plored. Our experimental results are given in the paper.
