摘  要:本文提出用有机物在沉积物上的色谱比保留体积(V_g)值估算沉积物有机碳吸附系数(K_∝)。为此,以河流沉积物作气相色谱固定相,用测定气相色谱固定液相对极性和有机物比保留体积的方法,测定了沉积物相对极性(P)和有机物在其上比保留体积,研究了V_g与K_∝的相关性。结果表明,萘和硝基苯在供试沉积物上K_∝随V_g的增加而增加,两者的对数值有较好的线性关系。萘的线性关系式为logK_∝=0.18logV_g+3.11(r=0.9831,n=5)。硝基苯的关系式为logK_∝=0.24logV_g+2.59(r=0.9544,n=5)。用上述关系式估算K_∝,估算值与实测值吻合较好(萘±0.03对数单位,硝基苯±0.07对数单位)。同时,用沉积物相对极性的测定结果,较好地解释了V_g与K_∝的关系。The coefficient (K_oc) of organic carbon adsorption on river sediment can be estimated by determining the specific retention volume (V_g) of organic compounds on the sediment by gas chromatography. The sediment is used as the chromatographic stationary phase, and the relative polarity (P) of the sediment and V_g of the organic compound on it are determined. The interrelation between V_g and K_(oc) is investigated. The results show that the K_(oc) of naphthalene and nitrobenzene on the sediment increase with increasing V_g and their logarithm correlation is linear. The experimental results of the relative polarity of the sediment can well explain the relation between V_g and K_(oc).
