摘  要:用丝网印刷技术制备了条形三电极系统,在盐酸、柠檬酸和抗坏血酸支持电解质中二次微分阳极溶出伏安法测定痕量铜。对其电化学行为和响应与电极参数之间的关系作了较为详细的讨论。富集3min,线性范围1.1~50μg/L;检测下限1.1μg/L;10次重复测定值相对标准偏差为2.6%。简便易制、价廉、集约化等特点使印刷电极可能在化学修饰电极、生物传感器方面得到实际的应用。The screen printed three-electrode system has been used to determine trace amount of copper by 2nd order derivative anodic stripping voltammetry, in the supporting electrolyte composed of chloride, citric and ascorbic acid. The fabrication of the screen printed electrodes and their electrochemical behaviors were described with particular emphasis on the relation of the responses and the electrode parameters. For 3 min preconcentration, a linear graph was obtained in the range of 1.1-50 μg/L with the detection limit of 1. 1 μg/L, and its relative standard devivation (σ=10) was 2. 6%. The characateristics of easily fabrication, low price, systematization would have screen printed electrodes widely used as chemically modified electrodes or electrochemical biosensors.
