摘 要:本工作以Kalman滤波技术为光谱干扰校正方法,选择典型的光谱干扰为例,系统研究了波长定位误差影响滤波结果准确性的规律性,提出了改善波长定位精度的途径。对于谱线重叠干扰的校正,波长定位精度一般应优于0.1pm;利用新息序列零均白噪音特性建立指示函数优化扫描光谱峰位,大大提高了波长定位精度,保证了滤波结果的准确性。This work evaluates the effect of wavelengthpositioning errors in spectral scans on analytical resultswhen Kalman filtering is used for the correction of spec-tral interferences in ICP-AES.A wavelength positioningaccuracy of 1 pm is adequate for unstructured backgroundswhile the wavleength axes should coincide with an accura-cy of at least 0.1pm for the system of line overlaps.Thewavelength positioning error(Δλ)in sample scans is morecrucial than that in model scans(δλ).With the increaseof the extent to which lines overlap with each other,theeffect of Δλ is decreased while Δλ becomes more impor-tant. The difference in the shapes of overlapping lines canrelax the requirenent of accurate wavelength peitioning.The wavelength positioning errors in scans can be elimin-ated or minimized by optimizing the position of a spotralscan with a criterion based on the whiteness of the inno-vation sequence of an optimal filter.
