摘 要:75mGyX射线全身照射C57BL/6小鼠.发现照射后3、4和7d,胸腺皮质、皮髓交界和髓质区内处于有丝分裂相的胸腺细胞百分数均明显高于对照组,而发生核固缩的胸腺细胞百分数与对照组比较均无明显差异。本实验结果从胸腺细胞形态学角度进一步证实了小剂量电离辐射确有增强胸腺细胞增殖活性的作用。C 57 BL/6 mice were whole-body irradiated (WBI) with 75 mGy X-rays. The percentage of the mitotic thymocytes in the area of cortex, medulla as well as the boundary in thymus was significantly higher than that in the sham-irradiated control 3 to 7 days after irradiation. At the same time there were no significant differences in the percentage of pyknotic thymocytes in the areas mentioned above compared with the control. The present study on thymocyte morphology demonstrated further that low dose radiation may enhance the proliferative activity of thymocytes.
