摘 要:以昆明种雄鼠为模型,皮下注射不同剂量的人肝RNA,随后1、5GyX射线全身照射,照射后7h和24h检测骨髓细胞染色体畸变。结果表明,人肝RNA本身不诱发小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变;照射前不同时间给予人肝RNA,对辐射诱发的骨髓细胞染色体畸变的降低作用以照射前24h给药最佳;照射前24h给予不同剂量的人肝RNA,都可不同程度地降低X射线诱发的骨髓细胞染色体畸变,其中以25mg/kg剂量组降低作用最显著。Male mice were hypodermically injected with human liver RNA.then exposed to 1 .5 Gy X-radiation 7 hours or 24 hours later, the bone marrow cells were tested using the method of chromosome aberration. The results showed that human liver RNA could significantly reduce the frequencies of chromosome aberrations in bone marrow cells of mice 7 hours after exposed to 1 .5 Gy X-rdiation. The best injection time of human liver RNA was 24 hours prior to irradiation and the best dose was 25 mg/kg. 25 mg/kg human liver RNA could also reduce the frequencies of chromosome aberrations in mice 24 hours after exposed to 1 .5 Gy X-radiation. This function might be related to interferons induced by injection of human liver RNA.
