摘  要:杂交中稻汕优63再生芽幼穗分化系统观察的结果表明,再生芽的幼穗分化始于头季稻齐德后15d.分化率日增8%,至齐穗后46d结束.幼穗发育平均历时32d.其中花粉母细胞形成规和Ⅰ,Ⅱ次枝梗分化所需的时间最长,花粉完成期最短.不同节位的芽在幼穗发育各过程和穗长、穗粒数及成穗率存在明显差异.再生稻的叶枕距和幼穗长与幼穗发育后期进程存在极显著正相关,可以作为判断再生稻穗发育后期进程的形态指标.The ratooning plant panicle differentiation processes of a mid-rice variety Shanyou 63 were investigated.The results indicated that the young panicle differentiation initiated and ended 15 days and 46 days respectively after full heading of the first crop.The differentiation processes lasted about 32 days with 8% daily differentiation increasing rate.Among 8 panicle development phases the more days were needed for the primary and secondary panicle branch primordium differentiation and the pollen mother cell formation,and the fower days for the the pollen maturing.There were large differences among the different ratooning nodes at a mother culm with respect to the the panicle development processes,paniclc length,panicle spikelets and panicle effectiveness.The distance between the upper two leaf rings and the length of young panicle were closely correlated with the late processes of panicle development, which can be taken as morphological indices for determining tht ratooning rice panicle differentiation processes in its late development phases.
