摘　　要：从两例确诊为肝癌的患者腹水中以亲和层析法提取ＡＦＰ抗原，并制备相应的单克隆抗体。实验表明，此单抗对原发性肝癌具有较好的特异性和捕捉能力。The AFP antigen was purified by means of affinity chromatography from the ascitic fluidtaken from two patients with prime liver cancer,and the corresponding monoclonal antibody wasprepared.The experiment indicated that the monoclonal antibody possessed a high specificity andabetter catching capacity for the liver cancer
