无土生产马铃薯微型种薯营养液的筛选研究

摘　　要：为了探索无土生产马铃薯微型种薯的经济有效的营养液，本试验以蛭石为移栽基质，对６种不同的营养液进行了马铃薯微型种薯生产的浇施试验，筛选出了１号６号两个效果好、成本低、简单易用的适宜马铃薯微型种薯无土生产的营养液，可供批量无土生产马铃薯脱毒微型种薯时使用。In order to find a simple,low cost and effective nutrient solution for the soillesscultivation,the vermiculite was used as the growth substrate of potato militubers.We compared theeffects of 6 nutrient solutions.The results showed that the nutrient solution No.1 and No.6 werebetter than others,and suitable for irrigation in mass soilless production of virus-free potato militu-bers.
