摘　　要：以国产乙腈为主要分析试剂，ＬａｒｇｅｐｏｒｅＶｙｄａｃＣ４柱，建立了反相高效液相层析（ＲＨＰＬＣ）技术，用于新生儿ＨｂＦ中γ－珠蛋白多态性的研究。其分离效果良好，且具快速、微量、准确和重现性好的特点，与国外方法相比能节约大量时间和试剂，大大简化分析过程，为ＨｂＦ的研究提供新的有效途径。The rase phase high performance liquid chromatography(RHPLC)with large pore vadac C4 column to detect γ-globin chainsin Hb in new born babies has been built.This method has many advantages;only needing slight samples,quick and accurate in getting results and excellent in reappearance compared with the method used in foreign countries,This can save both much time and a lot of reagents.It can simplify the process of analysis and provide a more effective way to study HbF.
