摘 要:为实现连铸与热轧问的宽度衔接,板坯的调宽大部分由热轧完成。然而在调宽过程中,轧件头尾部因不均匀变形而产生鱼尾或舌头,并且沿纵向宽度不均,切损增加,使成材率下降,本文系统地介绍和比较了国外各种能在增大调宽量的同时减少切损而提高成材率的方法,并对我国调宽现状作了简要分析,提出了今后的发展方向。AbstractIn order to expand synchronized operation between the continuous slab casting and hot roll-ing processes,width reduction is mainly realized by rolling and pressing. However,one of thecOnsequences of edging process is the formation of a fishtail or tongue cutted before the entryof finish miIls at the ends of a slab and width variation of the slab,caused by an explicit non-homogehous plasitc deformation. In this article,a number of methods were introduced and com-pared which can improve crop loss while width reduction increases,present situatiOn of wldth re-duction in China was briefly analysed and prospects were put forward.
