摘  要:急性吸入毒性研究表明,乙苯对大鼠LC50为33.0(27.4~38.6)mg/L;浓度4.8mg/L时家兔出现轻度呼吸道和眼刺激,7.3mg/L时见到显刺激,在亚急性吸入毒性实验中,在1027.9mg/m^3组中枢神经阈下冲动综合能力明显增加;肝功和血液学检查未见改变,低浓度58mg/m^3也未见指标的,结合ИBAHOB的研究报道认为乙苯的无作用浓度可能为<100、>58mg/m^3。Studies on acute toxicity of ethylbenzene indicated that the 2-hr LC_(50) in male rat was 33mg/L.Unsteady gait,poor coordination,tremor and hyponea were observed in acutely intoxicated rats.Marked irritation of mucous membrane of upper airway and eyes was noted in rabbits exposed to ethylbenzene at concentration of 7.3mg/L,but no irritation was found at exposure of 2.3mg/L.In subacute toxicity experiment,the summation capacity of the central nervous system was in creased in rats exposed to high concentration(1027.9mg/M3,but there was no change in liver function test and histopathological studies. No adverse effect level may be(100) 58mg/m ̄3,from this study and the study of NRAHOB.
